Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains how Agrimark USA (“Agrimark,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit agrimarkusa.com or contact us through the site.
It applies to this website only. Information shared as part of an active commercial relationship is governed by the separate written agreement between Agrimark and the customer.
Who we are
Agrimark USA is an international trader of agricultural commodities, carbon products, fertilizers, forage products, and oil-drilling additives. Our headquarters is at 132 Minorca Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134, United States. For privacy-related questions, the contact details are in the “Contact us” section at the end of this policy.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page we collect the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. We do not require any other field.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp — for security, debugging, and traffic statistics. These logs are not used to build a marketing profile of you.
Under U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, the categories of personal information we may collect are “identifiers” (name, email address, IP address) and “internet or other electronic network activity information” (request data, bot-protection signals). We collect this information from you directly and from your browser or device. We do not knowingly create or rely on “inferences” about you.
We do not request sensitive personal information. Please do not submit government identifiers, precise geolocation, financial account credentials, health information, or other sensitive information through the contact form. If you voluntarily include sensitive information in a message, we use it only to respond to your request.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or analytics that identify individual visitors.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile may set or read a short-lived, strictly necessary cookie or token — including Cloudflare challenge/session identifiers — to validate that the form is being used by a human. The cookie is not used for advertising.
Our site does not change behaviour based on Do Not Track browser signals, because we do not track visitors for advertising purposes. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal recognised under applicable law, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — although, as stated below, we do not currently sell or share personal information.
How we use this information
We use the contact-form data to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to begin a commercial conversation.
We use bot-protection signals only to decide whether to accept a contact-form submission; the signal itself is not stored alongside your enquiry.
We use server logs to keep the site running and to identify abuse or technical issues.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
No sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
Service providers we rely on
We operate the website with a small number of service providers. Their handling of any data they receive from us is governed by their applicable terms, privacy notices, and any agreements we have in place with them.
Vercel — hosts the website and stores server logs. https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Sanity — stores the editorial content (text and images) that fills the pages of this site. https://www.sanity.io/legal/privacy
Resend — delivers the email containing your contact-form submission to us. https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
Cloudflare — provides the Turnstile bot-protection challenge on the contact form. https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are retained for up to three years after the last meaningful interaction, unless we need them longer for an active transaction, dispute, legal obligation, or legitimate business record. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time using the contact details below.
Server logs are typically retained for up to 30 days unless needed for a specific security investigation, fraud prevention, or debugging.
How we protect this information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including reputable hosting providers, transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls on our content and email systems, bot-protection on the contact form, and limited internal access. No website or email transmission is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique email password and to flag anything suspicious to us promptly.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you (right to know);
request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
request that we delete personal information;
opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — although, as stated above, we do not currently engage in either; and
be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
Some U.S. state privacy laws apply only to businesses that meet specified revenue, processing-volume, or data-sale thresholds. Where one of those laws applies to our handling of your personal information, we will respond to lawful requests under it.
To make a request, email us at the address in the “Contact us” section. Before responding, we may verify your identity by matching the information in your request to information we maintain, such as your email address and prior contact-form submission. If you use an authorised agent, the agent must provide proof of authority and we may require you to verify your identity directly.
International users
The site is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
If the EU General Data Protection Regulation or the United Kingdom GDPR applies to a transfer of your personal data to us, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the recipient’s Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable, the Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism — for that transfer.
Children
This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on this website, please email us at agrimarkusa@aol.com with “Security Disclosure” in the subject line. Please do not access, alter, or exfiltrate data that does not belong to you. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the most recent revision. For material changes we will note the change clearly at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
