Accessibility Statement
Last updated
Agrimark USA is committed to making this website usable by people with disabilities, consistent with our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and good practice for U.S. commercial websites. We consider accessibility during design, development, and content updates.
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, recognising that WCAG 2.2 builds on 2.1, which is widely referenced in U.S. accessibility expectations. This statement describes what we currently do, what we know we still have to improve, and how to reach us if something on the site is getting in your way.
Our conformance target
Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public pages of this site. Until we complete a comprehensive independent audit, we consider the site partially conformant due to the known limitations listed below. We do not yet make a formal WCAG conformance claim for every page and state.
Measures we take
Semantic landmarks. Core page templates are wrapped in a <main> region so screen readers and other assistive technology can jump directly to the content.
Skip-to-content link. The first focusable element on each page is a “Skip to content” link that becomes visible on keyboard focus and jumps past the navigation.
Keyboard support. We design interactive elements — links, form fields, buttons, the Studio entry — to be reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
Alternative text. Editorial images stored in our content system carry alt-text fields. Decorative images (hero backgrounds where the headline above already conveys the meaning) are marked with empty alt attributes so screen readers skip them.
Form accessibility. The contact form pairs each input with a visible <label> and an aria-describedby pointing to the error message; inputs gain aria-invalid when the form is in an error state.
Respect for reduced motion. We honour the prefers-reduced-motion: reduce browser/OS setting. Background drifts, text reveals, and other motion are disabled for users who request it.
Colour and contrast. We chose the deep navy / cream / gold palette with contrast in mind. Body text on the cream background and the dark navy areas is intended to meet the WCAG 4.5:1 ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large headings.
How we evaluate the site
Our evaluation process includes developer self-assessment, keyboard-only review, automated scans using tools such as axe or Lighthouse, colour-contrast checks, and manual review of representative pages and forms. We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit.
Browser and assistive technology support
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, and with common assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS when used with supported browsers. Older browsers or unusual configurations may exhibit unexpected behaviour.
Known limitations
We are continuing to improve the site. As of the date at the top of this page, we are aware of the following limitations:
Some legacy editorial images uploaded before our alt-text discipline may not yet have descriptive alt text. We are reviewing and adding them.
We have not yet completed a comprehensive automated and manual accessibility audit on every state of every component. If you see text that is hard to read or a control that is hard to use, please let us know.
Some functionality is delivered by third-party services. Their accessibility is outside our direct control; we monitor it where we can and provide alternative contact methods.
The Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection challenge on the Contact form is supplied by Cloudflare and is not within our control to redesign. If you cannot complete it, please use the email address in our Contact section to reach us directly.
We are reviewing these items and aim to address confirmed issues in priority order, with barriers affecting core navigation or the contact form addressed first.
Section 508 alignment
Although this is not a federal agency website, we use WCAG-based practices that overlap with Section 508 standards. We do not currently make a formal Section 508 conformance claim.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site is preventing you from using it, please tell us. We are committed to resolving accessibility issues directly and quickly. If you contact us first, we will respond to every accessibility report and aim to either fix the issue or provide an accessible alternative within 10 business days.

When you write to us, it helps to include: the page where you encountered the barrier, the device and browser (or assistive technology) you were using, and a short description of what happened.
Third-party content
Some functionality on this site is delivered by third parties. We have selected providers that maintain their own accessibility commitments, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of their interfaces or services beyond what we have integrated into our own pages.
How this statement is kept current
Last accessibility evaluation: 4 June 2026. Statement last updated: 5 June 2026.
We review this statement after every meaningful change to the site’s accessibility properties — for example, a structural redesign, a new interactive component, or the addition of new third-party content.
